Common questions
How do I cancel Premium? Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, pick Typing Speed Test: WPM Coach and tap Cancel. A lifetime purchase is one-time and needs no cancelling.
I bought Premium but still see ads. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account that bought it, then restart the app with an internet connection so Google Play can sync your purchase. If it persists, email us with your Google Play order number.
How do I change my ad choices? Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Where consent is required, the app shows Google's consent form.
Can I move my history to a new phone? Results are stored on the device only. Premium can export your history as CSV before you switch phones.
How do I delete my data? Clear history in the app's Settings, clear the app's storage in Android, or uninstall the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Huỷ Premium thế nào? Mở Google Play → biểu tượng hồ sơ → Thanh toán và gói thuê bao → Gói thuê bao, chọn Typing Speed Test: WPM Coach rồi bấm Huỷ. Gói trọn đời chỉ mua một lần, không cần huỷ.
Đã mua Premium nhưng vẫn thấy quảng cáo. Hãy chắc rằng bạn đang đăng nhập đúng tài khoản Google đã mua, rồi mở lại ứng dụng khi có mạng để Google Play đồng bộ giao dịch. Nếu vẫn lỗi, hãy gửi email kèm mã đơn hàng Google Play.
Đổi lựa chọn quảng cáo thế nào? Đặt lại hoặc xoá ID quảng cáo trong Cài đặt Android → Google → Quảng cáo. Ở nơi luật yêu cầu, ứng dụng hiện biểu mẫu đồng ý của Google.
Chuyển lịch sử sang điện thoại mới được không? Kết quả chỉ lưu trên máy. Premium cho phép xuất lịch sử ra CSV trước khi đổi máy.
Xoá dữ liệu thế nào? Xoá lịch sử trong Cài đặt của ứng dụng, xoá bộ nhớ ứng dụng trong Android hoặc gỡ ứng dụng. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
